Shipping box was beat up when it arrived , so I had doubts bout the product , but everything was fine , product was in perfect condition , and yes it’s solidly built … it looks nice on my jeep and ready for Jeep Beach at end of April !!!

A pain to setup, and tear down.
The product is well built, but the supplied hardware (nuts and bolts) require tools for setup and tear down. I replaced mine with trailer coupler safety pins. They are also bulky to store during transport, are Not as practical as folding camp chairs, and are WAY more expensive. Time will tell how much they get used.

Next level comfort sitting setup...
Awesome product. We've used it on our Rav4 and on our offroad side by side. Pair it up with some cheapie canvas hammock chairs and enjoy your outing. Expect stares and questions from envious eyes. I'm humble but pretty proud to own this setup. If you want to step up to even the next level, get a swivel hook and especially a hanging hammock chair spring. This will cause you to sit closer to the ground so you'll have to take that into account and figure out a way to get the chairs up higher off the ground.

Hanging out
First let's start this off by saying I was 1 eyelet bolt short and 1 regular bolt short along with washers. This is not the fault of the company but the actual shipping company. Even though it was packaged like it should be there was a whole in the box.2nd. This is on the back of a jeep with a aftermarket spare tire carrier. Dv8 tire carrier for jeepers.Because of the missing eyelet bolt I went to lowes and bought 2 different eyelet bolts that were a little bit longer and some bigger washers. Cost about 20 bucksNext I bought a 12 inch extended trailer hitch ( because of the tire carrier). Cost 22 dollars from harbor freightThen I used a socket wrench plus the wrench provided to tighten the bolts.Took 10 minutes to install. The only other thing I can suggest is to get a shim for the hitch to prevent it from rocking. Which is to be expected with most hitch mounted items. So I give it 5 stars.

Solid, easy set up, amazing design.
First of all, this thing can hold anything. It is solid as a rock. Just do not drive with it on the hitch. We had 2 men both weighing each about 220 on the swing set up and not one issue. Then set up a a hammock my wife, daughter and i were all in the hammock just lounging in it and it held us like there was no one it is. I did put a locking hitch stability were it goes into the hitch of the truck to ensure no movement which anything into a hitch normally get a little wiggle with out them. We use on most camping trips and when visiting friends as our chairs. Sometimes as our bed.

Cheap!!!!!!!
I’m not one to ever write a bad review or one at all. I purchased this product over 6 months ago and was really excited to bust it out and put it to use or the first time with my girlfriend. We followed the instructions and put it all together, while making the final adjustments and getting both of the chairs adjusted to our liking before we set out to enjoy a glass of wine and what could have been a really enjoyable night watching the sunset. My 170 pound ass sat down in it after making one last adjustment and the whole stand pipe from the hitch just snapped. Haha. We enjoyed a good laugh but we’re both disappointed in the quality. Hopefully I can still return this or get a refund cause I would still go buy another one tomorrow. Cheap metal and the manual says it has a limit of 352LB. Disappointed!!

Pleasantly surprised
I've never owned a Hammaka product so no slight against them, but I wasn't expecting much. I was expecting some 1/16" pot metal tubes & that's not what this is. As a former welder, these are made the way I would make them. The tubes are a properly beefy 10ga steel with nice punched hex holes for the provided castle nuts. All the hardware was included & nothing was missing. The design is very clever but some users may want to consider a 12"+ Harbor Freight hitch extension if you want to be able to lay your tailgate down.Note: The stand only fits hammocks up to 10' such as Clark, WarBonnet & smaller Hennessey's. I intend to contact Hammaka and ask them to offer 12" tube extensions for the newer breed of 11' camping hammocks like Dutchware and some of the nice large Brazilian & Nicaraguan models.

Easy to assemble safely disregard the video comment.
While the previous review is correct about the demonstration video showing the pin being used incorrectly, the pin that comes with the product has the hole in it so it the 1 star rating should be for the video not the product itself.Assembly was pretty straightforward. It comes with five pieces of tubing including the piece that goes into the hitch. All tubing is connected with 5/8 in bolts. It comes with a cheap wrench but if you have a socket drive I recommend using that as it will go together much faster. The way you assemble it determines if you can use a single hammock or two chairs. Switching back and forth should take less than 10 minutes.I do wish it came with a carry case to hold everything when it's broken down. Without that it is a little cumbersome to transport.
