Great for crispy Thai eggs
Love making crispy eggs for my Thai food at home without having to use a lot of oil. I separate the egg white, putting this in first to crisp up, then I put the yolk on top to ensure I have a crispy fried egg with a juicy yolk without using lots of oil like the takeaways and restaurants!
