I bought this phone when I cracked the screen on my Galaxy S9 and realized that a replacement screen at $160 was only slightly less expensive than an entirely new phone.I initially looked at used phones in the Galaxy S series, but even these from a couple generations ago were not cheaper, and lacked some features.This phone is excellent. It has a large, bright screen. I'm a fan that it does not have rounded edges on the screen, which should help against breaking in the future. It has expandable storage, it can take a physical SIM card and an eSIM, and it's 5G capable.The only things I don't prefer about this phone is that the camera (despite the reported mega pixel count) seems like it over sharpens pictures to compensate for lower quality, the rumble/vibrate feels cheaper (and louder) than my previous phone, and there are a few occasions where it performs a bit sluggish or apps in the background have to restart due to limited memory.All in all, this phone has everything I wanted, and at a price where if another break occurs I could just as easily replace it than deal with a costly fix. If you need the best camera or extra do-dads (like built in AI, or extra buttons for virtual assistants that I find annoying) you may benefit from paying more, but if you're looking for a solid phone for browsing, streaming or messaging, this is it.

Only a cable with the same Micro USB connector arrived. It only works for connecting the phone to another phone, but it doesn't charge the battery. This A16 model with Android version 14 is consistent with its predecessors in most regards, except on of which is that the screen recording function has been omitted from this A16 model as with others for some odd reason. I am considering returning the phone but all the other major features are working wonderfully, right out of the box. Larger build, robust look & feel, apps are user-friendly in the android software. I don't understand what led to the omission of the screen recorder but all the other Android software features seem to be working properly. Camera focuses better than the S10-Plus also. Longevity remains to be determined. I have used an S21 model which uses the same camera design and that failed within a year. But out of the box everything about this phone & camera are as good as advertised. Phone charges relatively quickly too.

A lot of seller label phone as new but when receive the product its used...This product is actually NEW and meet my expectations. Would definitely buy again. Had to do any update purchase this phone for my mom she looooove it not only her but others love it as well the features are top tear,nice big screen display,camera takes excellent pictures. You will not be disappointed plus it says new and you actually get a new phone.I Purchase multiple phone that say new and had to return because it was not new so am very pleased with this purchase..will be purchasing again soon for other that love this phone

Switched from Moto G Stylus 2022 to Samsung 2025: Phone condition was new - very pretty little phone; I got the "grey" which was almost white. Very light weight compared to Moto Stylus, and size was slightly smaller, but noticeable. Switch from Moto was not as easy as I expected. The functionality is fine but icon driven - Moto Stylus had MANY more features that were SO convenient: (Gestures were great, especially to open the flashlight!! Can't tell you how often that came in handy!) Phone came unlocked so it made the transition to my carrier just fine in that regard. Only had it 2 days but the battery seems to be very good. Sound quality I would say is excellent. I don't like the icons, color schemes and there are WAY too many apps loaded in right off the bat - don't need all of them. Motorola knew how to build a phone. Don't know what all the hype for Samsung is about - it's a nice phone, but really not comparable to my Stylus 2022 which I was just now replacing due to the battery life dying (3 years later??? - Another great feature for Motorola!) We'll see how long this one lasts.

I am enjoying my Samsung Galaxy A16 5G phone. Copying my contacts and data was quick and easy using bluetooth connection. The phone guided me through several different set ups such as biometric log ins. The phone gives me options and explains what happens with or without each one. This allowed me to make choices because I knew the results of my decisions. It is also tough, I do have a protector phone case on it, but I have dropped it 4 times and it is working and shows NO signs of damage.

With the price of phones nowadays, this one came out really well for the price and quality it proved. All the new features and things to expect on a phone, just with a stepped down camera quality. Battery lasts me the whole day and the light weight design feels good in my hand without feeling cheap. Face, finger ID comes with the phone and makes it feel like a galaxy with its thin LCD frame. Process and lack of lag makes it smooth for basic use, would avoid games due to lack of ram in this. Regardless its well worth it, would give it 5 but camera quality is just iffy in my option.
