This is by far the best phone holder you can get for an Audi A3 - fits well, super easy to install and very sturdy. Highly recommend!

Best Phone Mount
Shipping was pretty fast, for it being delayed. The installation process was easy, instructions were straightforward. I loved the extra non magnetic mount and other accessories that was included in the package. For the price, I can’t argue it’s a good bang for ya buck deal.

Frankly put, this is one of those items that is absolutely perfect. It's the most sturdy mount I've ever had. It's the most "factory install" looking mount I've ever had. It's the most unassuming mount I've ever had. Everything about it is perfect. If you're an A3 8P owner, chubby yourself blessed to have the opportunity for the perfect mount. Not many cars have opportunities like this. If you own an 8P, you need this, pure, plain, and simple.Previous reviews complain that the packaging sucked and consequently it arrived damaged. I can say that it doesn't anymore, they clearly listened to some of the negative reviews. It comes in a very well packaged and protective box, so you can be assured that it will arrive in perfect working order.

THIS is the mount you want if you have an A3
If you have an A3, you know the struggles with finding a phone mount that doesn’t suck. Windshield mounts block your vision. Dashboard mounts get blocked by the Audi MMI screen. Vent mounts simply Don’t Work with Audi’s round vents.The Clearmounts holder is _the _one you want. You might ask yourself if you _really_ want to spend $40 for a phone mount. The answer is YES. It’s super sturdy, takes only a couple minutes to install and has flexibility to let you use a magnetic mount (included), spring loaded holder (included), or a Qi wireless charger (not included).If you’ve got an A3, stop buying and returning things that don’t work and just buy this.

Everything I ever Wanted, Almost
2007 A3 8p, S-line, FWD, Manual, H&R sport springs with Bilstein B8 dampers. Placement is perfect, you can fully move the vents as it is not attached to them at all, no need for mounting tape, etc that I would never do to my girl. The magnet is plenty strong and hsas a nice grippy rubber over it to keep your phone in place even when doing a little HPD in the hill country. You can keep the phone cool by tilting it to where it will get some air but not totally block the passengers. It is right where you want it when using maps. Only problem is removal of dust from behind the holder when in place but that is nitpicking. If you're on the fence about getting yours, just do it!

Best in the market!
Had my first clearmount in a 2001 TT and i loved it, i had to get another one for my 2009 A3 sits perfectly, very useful and looks like a factory option, very well made and easy to install.
