I normally don’t write reviews, but this product works like magic! I take it twice a day in the afternoon and night! It has curbed my appetite tremendously! I haven’t lost any weight yet since I’m on day 3, but I will be definitely ordering more.

The taste is not bad. I take directly by mouth and wash down with water. I take with meal to keep by stomach at bay. I’ve taken prior to meal and my sensitive stomach was not happy, as soon as I ate something it was back to normal.I did find that this does suppress my cravings after eating, where I’m not looking to eat unnecessary snacks.

If you have low blood sugar be careful using this product. Or at least don't take it 3 times a day. It made me very dizzy upon waking one morning. I passed out on my pillow at least. It was a really weird feeling. Anyway I'm sure that this product works great, but with anything you need to be careful.

Drops is better than capsules. I used Berbarin couple months ago. My blood sugar is under Control .

I have tried a few berberine supplements over the past couple years. I mainly take as a natural treatment for SIBO and intestinal parasites. I prefer tincture form due to having Crohn's disease and malabsorption issues. Previous berberine tinctures I have tried either contained alcohol as the base, which was irritating to my GI tract, or had additional ingredients and flavor additives. I prefer supplements with the least amount of ingredients and fillers. Wild & Organic Berberine caught my attention because it was alcohol free, sugar free, and organic. I just tried it and am pleasantly surprised by the natural sweet taste. Very happy with my purchase.

I haven’t been taking it long enough to know if it’s making a difference.It doesn’t taste very good so I would for sure put it in juice rather than in just plain water. It’s easy to use with the dropper and you don’t have to swallow any big pills.

I've been taking liquid berberine supplements for the past year and a half, and experiencing benefits. I like this Wild & Organic Berberine Liquid Drops for several reasons, starting with its clean ingredients and affordable pricing. I'm finding that berberine helps to even out my blood sugar levels. I tend toward hypoglycemia but have fewer issues with that since starting to take liquid berberine regularly. Liquid supplements are much easier to take than capsules. It's reported that the amount of liquid supplements our bodies can absorb is much higher than pill forms.Many other brands include additional ingredients as well as different fruit flavoring in their berberine supplements, but this one does not. It's just berberine with no sweeteners or flavorings. I like that it's a vegetable glycerin extract, rather than alcohol. The glycerin does bring a little sweetness, but it can't hide that berberine is bitter. I'm able to take this directly from the dropper, but anyone who is very sensitive to bitterness will want to add it to a beverage.The amount of berberine per 0.7mL serving is 500 mg. Other brands are listed as 1500 mg, but you have to take 2 mL to get that amount. The bottle arrived well-sealed and the dropper has clear measurement markings. I've taken other types of liquid supplements by Wild & Organic and have been happy with each one.

I appreciate having tinctures available since I'm not a big fan of swallowing pills to take supplements and I like that the tinctures are more easily and quickly absorbed than pills.One thing that keeps me returning to this brand is that their tinctures are third-party tested so you know you're getting what's indicated on the label and that the efficacy is true. Whether you're new to taking tinctures or not, this is one of the most important attributes to look for with any supplement, since the FDA does not regulate supplements in the US. Without third-party tests, it is literally impossible to be sure what you're getting and whether it's as potent or even the same active ingredient being advertised. The other think I look for is whether it's manufactured in the US or elsewhere. This company makes their products here in the US, so I feel a little safer from that perspective as well.Since I take this tincture for its health benefits, I appreciate that it's using glycerine in lieu of sugar especially since I take a lot of supplemental tinctures. Likewise, it's not got any alcohol in it, which is also a plus. These attributes make these tinctures a pleasure to use because the glycerin imparts a lightly sweet flavor and the lack of alcohol lets the flavor of the herb shine and I can honestly say I haven't tried any of their tinctures that didn't have a pleasant flavor. To minimize the flavor, I recommend dosing sublingually (under the tongue). You will still taste the supplement, but much less than if it hit the tops of your tongue where the majority of your tastebuds are. If for some reason you hate the taste, you can always mix it with water or another beverage and it will likely all but disappear.One thing to be aware of not just with tinctures but with any type of supplements, is to check if it may interact with any medications you may be taking and if you're not sure, check with your doctor or pharmacist. This isn't medical advice, just a common sense head's up because it's better to be safe than sorry. I've had good results with these tinctures and will continue to use them.
