Works for now -- will see
Some youtube channels on how to replace this facet cartridge are helpful (JACUZZI® Square Faucet Handle 7952940 | 7955940 | 7956940 iPoolandSpaParts.net). It is a little hard using bare hand. I used groove joint plier to unscrew the original cartridge and putting the new one in. If you have a tweezer, it can help you effortlessly put into the spring and rubber ring. Here are my steps -- it sounds a lot of steps but it only takes about 20-min:(1) open the cap of the square water switch (handle?)(2) unscrew and remove the square(3) the original cartridge is exposed -- notice the position/orientation, take a picture if needed(4) flush out water residuals/dirt if any, around the cartridge (use a bottle of water will do the magic)(5) the ring nut is exposed(6) put the tool/nut holder (?) with a good fit to the original nut(7) use the plier to gently unscrew the nut(8) remove the nut, then the cartridge and all the two rings (mine has one white and one black)(9) put the spring (new part). with the small diameter on the top(10) put the black rubber ring on top of the spring (new part)(11) put the new cartridge following the original position/orientation(12) put the ring nut (original part) onto the cartridge(13) put the nut holder onto the ring nut(14) use the plier to tighten the ring nut(15) try running water (Yes -- mine was successful the first time)(16) put the square, screw and cap back if successful

Simple installation and no more drip
These were a perfect fit for my 90s jacuzzi tub. I replaced two cartridges in less than an hour and haven’t seen a drop of water since. There is no way I could have done it without the included tool.

WORKED GREAT!
These cartridges were perfect for my Jacuzzi Waterfall Garden tub, If you have square handles, these should be the cartridge for you. In my opinion, a little pricey (only reason for 4 stars), but I couldn't find them available any cheaper. Comes with a tool to remove the old cartridge. That took some figuring out but stick with it. You can do this and save "calling the man". Quick shipper and quality parts.

Leaked immediately
Poorly made, plastic stem fit was sloppy and leaked immediately. The solution was to buy RP25513 Faucet Stem Replacement for Faucet Repair Kit with RP4993 Seat and Spring, 8 Cartridge for Kitchen Faucet Repair Kit (2 Pieces) by Honoson. Brass stem and much higher quality, finally no leaks!

Fixed our older Jacuzzi tub from leaking black, greasy residue from hot water faucet!
We purchased our home a couple of years ago and when I tried to fill up the Jacuzzi tub, the hot water would spit out black, greasy specks. I was told to leave the water running and it would clear. I tried many times, but it never improved. I was also told it was our hot water heater and we would have to replace it. That was not the case either, as the black flecks only came out of the hot water faucet on the Jacuzzi tub and nowhere else in the house. I ended up not using the tub for over two years. I finally found a plumber who suspected in might be the hot water valve in the tub. The Jacuzzi was over 20 years old, so he finally found the correct model number and I found this valve online. The plumber replaced the hot water valve and like a miracle...the hot water stopped spitting out black, greasy flecks and returned to clear, hot water! I am so happy we didn't have to replace the entire tub! Great purchase!

Tool doesn't fit!!!
The install tool does not fit. I used some penetrating fluid to help and big pliers to squeeze the tool so it would grip the round part of the nut and catch some of the corners of the nut. Finally worked the nut out and removed the old parts. Prior to installation of the new parts, I tried to work the tool over the nut onto the correct position. This was all outside of the fixture, just trying to get the tool on the nut. I had to pry the tool wider with a lot of force. Since the tool didn't fit the nut correctly, there were gaps around the flats and corners and the tool outside diameter was too big to fit in the round plastic housing. I had to take the tool off the nut and install the nut with my fingers, and finger tighten. Then I used the tool to try to clamp the round part of the nut and catch some of the corners to tighten. Now the faucet no longer leaks, but water leaks out of the handle since it is not tight enough.

Install tool sucks
Cartridge fixed the leaky faucet, but was a bugger to install. The install tool didn't fit the nut that held the cartridge in place very well. Installing the bottom seal was a pia as well without a tool for that.

Easy Fix
I am very handy but not a Plumber. Jacuzzi tub was dripping. Common sense its not the spout because that is just where water flows. I just needed the main unit but this came with the other stuff and instructions but it was just take out and put in. Took me less than 10 mins. One suggestion is do not put the knob back on until you test it a bit to make sure you tightened it well so no leaks. You do not want to go downstairs in a few days and see water on your ceiling.
