No instructions, so people are misunderstanding their use
The media could not be loaded. It is ridiculous that these do not come with any instructions, so they lose a start.here are my tips for use:Don’t put these in the freezer! These are not ice packs. If you put them in the freezer I would imagine they would be extremely unpleasant to then wear and would need to be wrapped in something. The idea here is that they “melt” at body temperature, cooling you down. These effect is definitely more “gentle cooling” than “icy”.The video shows one after another couple of hours use on a hot day. Throughout the period it feels pleasantly cool.Once completely thawed you can “refreeze” it in cool water no need to actually freeze it in the freezer.I hope this saves someone from ice burn 😀

OK, but not great, poor fitting
These are simple horseshoe shaped pieces of plastic. No instructions, but I guess it's obvious they go in the freezer. These are easy enough to pull apart when you take them out of the freezer to put on your neck, but the plastic makes them very inflexible and this translates to not being able to adjust once on your neck. In the warm maybe this will not be an issue, but I was using them as an icepack for some neck pain, and it was really hard to apply to cooling effect to all the areas I wanted to. I also think the price is a bit high for something so simple. I dont think I would recommend this, but have given 3 stars because I was using it as an icepack and not simply for cooling

Works ok, just
This does seem to have a very mild cooling effect, though sticking it in the fridge/freezer will help a lot.An o.k. product.

Awesome
My flat in Spain gets full afternoon sun, which is great in mild winter. This little neck cooling tube was surprisingly helpful during those times. I would just sit quietly for awhile in front of a fan with this around my neck. I liked how fast it freezes in the refrigerator. It would stay cold from the freezer for about half an hour or so. Worth it.

Look carefully before you commit to buy
I seen an advertThese are not what I was after.I the advert it's a soft gel you can squeeze the product and it gives (these are solid)The gel only goes down to 6o°Even if put in a freezer so you won't get freeze burn. These are solid before I freeze them. The advert ones the gel freezes under normal water 10 minutes. So I'm not happyBut more my fault for my choice

Effective enough
These come packaged in a box without any instructions on how long to leave them in the freezer which seems fairly fundamental to me. I get very warm when working out and although I have a neck fan, these are a bit more discreet but are not as effective. Given the difference in price though I think that’s fair enough. The first thing that occurred to me is that it’s normally a good idea to have a cover for an item that you use from the freezer as it can cause frost ‘burn’ but although these don’t come with a cover it doesn’t seem to be necessary. I’d say they’re adequate for cooling you down but not amazingly effective which is why I’ve deducted a star.

Zero instructions
Arrived with zero instructions on the packet , I froze it for a few hours to use at my sports venue 15 mins away when opened to use it was room temp so no use , on reading other reviews I will try again to see if there are any cooling effects straight from freezer no use to me so far
