Everything about BulkSupplements is great! I get a great deal on things I’m already taking so who cares if I get more, and it lasts longer then what I can get for more somewhere else?!?!?! I but salmon oil, lions mane, phosphatidylserine, CoQ10, and alpha-gpc from them and enjoy the quality I get along with the value.

These supplements are great and easy to use. Any supplements from Bulk can be trusted as I did some deeper research on the company. For the price, this is a decent deal for this specific supplement. The capsules dissolve fully in about 5 minutes, tested in water.

This Phosphatidylserine supplement is something I have actually taken before! I didn’t know at that point that it had soy in it and I’m usually careful about that because it is bad for my female parts.I was taking this because I’ve heard it may improve memory, cognitive function, and mood regulation. It seems to have assisted some of my older friends with conditions like ADHD and Alzheimer's disease. It can also help reduce muscle soreness and stress during exercise.I believe if you get this item, you will not be disappointed, it is pretty straightforward and exactly as the item is posted.Here is my honest opinion on this item:Excellent - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to my friends and would purchase it again myself as needed.Less than Excellent - I really like this item and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.Sub Standard- This item is standard and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I don’t like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.Not so great - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with items after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably warn people so they would shy away from buying this item.You might want to find something else - It takes some serious issues to get a one star review from me. I'm usually pretty scatter-brained. I forget most things right after hearing them. I've heard of phosphatidylserine for a couple of years now and decided to give it a shot. I will admit that I didn't think anything was going on at first. But after about a month of taking it I noticed that my memory was definitely improved after a job interview I had. I came home from this interview remembering the names of everyone I met in the office (even the ones I met for two seconds), remembered everything that they said and important values that they shared. I know it sounds so silly, but this is SOOOOOO huge for me. I got the first bottle for free via Amazon Vine (as you can see). But I have already purchased another bottle and signed up for a subscription. Because these have just been sticking in my mind when it used just be fog. Definitely recommend giving this a shot for a month or two if this sounds like you.

Like many other reviewers, the benefits of this supplement makes it a noteworthy product to take. After completing one bottle I can say that it worked with another brain supplement I am taking and may be contributing to greater memory function as the "fog" is at bay and forgetting something after walking into another room has lessened.
