My son and I have customized H*t wheels cars for almost 30 years, and I was doing it back in the 1960's when they were still new. (I hate to think of those now expensive ones that I took apart...)For years, we bought other cars in the same general scale, just for the tires. For every car that we customized, one was destroyed.Not too long ago, I purchased individual sets of customized wheels. I loved them, but the pocketbook didn't.I have purchased variety packs before. The problem that I had was so many of the wheels were useless. They were plain ugly., like rejects from the 1980's. I did customized some of the wheels, but only to do something about the pile of unused wheels.One thing that I have found in common in sets, has been the rubber tires. They are made of a harder compound than real riders. I like to detail the wheels. To do this, I have to immerse the wheel/tire assembly in hot water to safely remove the rubber. This set is no exception.The tires in this set have no tread. Really not a deal breaker.On some sets, the axle is a tube and you push the wheels on pins into the tube.that gives you a bit of adjustment. Theses wheels come pre-fitted to an axle that is slightly thicker than stock axles and not as springy. My grandson will be old enough to start customizing H*t Wheels soon, so the axle assembly is a plus.As expected, there are duplicates. I just decide if a wheel is right for car and see if a color change would look better.All in all, it is a great value when you consider the alternative is to buy another car and rob the wheels.

Modifying Hot Wheels can be a fun and relatively inexpensive way to enjoy an automotive related hobby. There's a lot of styles to choose from in this assortment. They look at home on most street and performance car based models. I do wish they came in more than one diameter though. Some cars, and especially trucks, need larger wheels and tires to look balanced. These wheels can make them look unbalanced. The rubber is grippy but not too soft and feels like it'll hold up over time.

My husband really enjoys customizing Hot Wheels and doing wheel swaps, so I couldn't resist getting this large selection of wheels for him for Christmas. I was very pleased at how fast they arrived, and my husband was very excited when he opened them on Christmas. My husband has already used multiple sets of these wheels, and I can't wait for him to use the pink set on one of my toy cars. I love the wide variety of wheels included with this set for the price. These wheels fit 1:64 scale cars perfectly, they work great and are easy to use. If you or someone you know enjoys swapping wheels on hot wheels, I definitely recommend this set.

My son loves these. He just started getting into hit wheel modification. These are the perfect way to get started. Rubber wheels are great quality and many colors are great value for many hot wheels. Size is the same as old wheels just with rubber on them.

This is a really good assortment of 1/64 scale wheels and rubber tires! I like the variety and all of the colors. I am really into customizing my Hot Wheels cars and these wheels look and work great. It is 25 sets of wheels and tires! These look awesome and are a nice upgrade from the normal plastic wheels that come on basic Hot Wheels, Matchbox cars and other 1/64 scale vehicles.

Got these for some custom hot wheel swaps. It comes with a handful of great wheels sets but they are a little lower quality than others hence the one less Star. They are great value as you get a lot of choices and will work good on my swaps

I really loved this assortment. Not only was it huge with tons of color options as show, it was also in styles you actually want to use.Some of these sellers give you multiple sets with only 2 out of 10 sets being actually desirable. This was certainly not the case here as almost every set is something I can actually picture myself wanting to put on a car.I am thoroughly pleased with this set and cannot recommend it enough, as long as they are consistent with such great assortments.
