This cone worked really well for my cat after her spay surgery. It’s lightweight, adjustable, and not too stiff, so she could still eat and sleep comfortably while it kept her from licking her incision. The Velcro made it super easy to put on and take off. Definitely a good choice if you want something simple and effective!

Does the product do what it's supposed to do, yes. Were there additional unforeseen problems, oh absolutely. I put this on my cat who had a sore that he was worrying on his shoulder. To say that he hated the cone would have been an understatement. To say that I then found myself having to abandage his chin after a missed leap would not even begin to detail the number of times the poor cat managed bang himself around the house. Also he found his way out of the cone multiple times. So a perfect score this product will not get from me but I cannot go lower than that because I'm unsure if I have simply an industrious pet or a flawed product.

Perfect fit and feel for a very small puppy. Our Oscar, (Yorkshire Terrier) got an eye infection and we had to put a collar on. This one fits him perfectly and it is easy to put on also. It is the best solution for very small breeds.

Gets the job done with a few flaws. I ordered this after trying a fabric type cone that was too short to keep my cat from getting to his paw. This one is long enough to prevent him from getting at his paw, but it is a bit heavy for a 12 lb cat. He's fallen over backwards a couple of times.The other issue is that the side that is indicated to be the "outside" would put the scratchy part of the velcro next to his face. I flipped it around to have the outside in to put the softer side against him.Lastly though there is fabric piping around the edges, a little bit more padding on the portion around their neck would make it more comfortable. It shouldn't be put around the outside edge though as that would make it more front heavy and prone to tipping.

Really I got that for our sumo Kitty named Ace because he an area on his chin that he would just not stop messing with to the point where he would make himself bleed no matter what we did he never stopped so I got him a kitty cone so that he would have to stop messing with it until it heals..... But unfortunately he is too fat for it it doesn't quite fit him so this cone is definitely for kitties also the velcro is in 100% strong so if you have a smart Kitty they could probably get it off with ease
