The supplement does seem to improve my energy levels and keeps me feeling better all day. So far I have taken only 1 capsule per day but may go to 2 per day after a couple of weeks. Very pleased with the way it appears to improve my outlook and ability to deal with daily stresses. Would definitely recommend you give it a try.

I purchased this for a friend. Here's her review:The first evening I took this I slept like a baby, best sleep in months, I took it along with saffron and I was amazed. I've been sleeping every night, all night since, which is previously unheard of. Also, I think I've been managing my stress better, not easily overcome by depression. This is the 3rd time I bought SJW from this brand, and usually they were fairly effective. I've tried a lot of brands of SJW. Unfortunately, it seems this bottle is not as effective for me. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I bought this bottle in September '24, and take one a day...when I'm feeling extra down, I take another, but they don't seem to be doing much for me the past couple months. Hopefully they didn't alter the quality, but I am also skeptical of SJW that does not state "standardized with .03% hypericin". So I'll be switching to see if I can get relief from another brand.
