This tea beats mint, green and ginger for digestive issues. Burping and flatulence disappeared with the first drink, and have not returned. Granted, I take measures to ensure I keep my colon moving regularly and free of as many animal products as possible, and I eat more slowly and mindfully now. This stuff is magic, and it tastes OK too.

Nice light tea

Taste is pleasent, reminds me of green tea. But so far no change on my gastritis
I have taken this tea now for 4 weeks. I take about 2 brewed litres of it daily instead of water. As I have a terribly painful and persistent gastritis due to a course of demonic antibiotics. I eat super bland food, mostly green leafy vegetables and tempeh, which is also non acidic. Some organic unsweetened soya milk some times, and papaya. Nothing seems to be helping at all. I am at my wit's end. Oh and I am forced to take Omeprazol since this antibiotics induced gastritis started 4 weeks ago(!) I was hoping by now I would have felt some improvement. I will still keep on taking this tea because I still have faith.
