Kindly DO NOT buy this product.I bought this toothbrush few weeks ago.It works fine and everything is good, the only big issue is the charging.It does not have any light to indicate whether the brush is charging or not, or the battery is going to run out! And to make it worse, it has to be in ‘switched off’ mode to start charging.The one and only power button on the front switches its mode from power 1-2-3 to switch off. So once the battery runs out, if you pressed the button to try to turn it on, you have to gamble on which position you left it. Power 1-2-3 mode won’t let it charge. Pretty stupid design i would say.

I got the Oral B Vitality and it’s honestly the best toothbrush I’ve ever used. After I switched from a regular brush, my teeth felt so much cleaner, like I just went to the dentist. The round head cleans every spot perfectly. My smile looks brighter too! It’s simple to use and very gentle on my gums. Trust me, once you try this, you won’t go back to your old brush.

On opening the pack, it distinctly gove the impression of being a re furnished product. 1. Bristles did not give clean new look 2. Base plate for charging was dirty 3. Charging light did not come on

I am sure the brush is good. Oral B is a known brand in dental care after all. But in my book, anything that requires charging should have some kind of charging indicator. I have not come across another electric device that doesn't have so. Even the cheapest mosquito killing racquets have a light to indicate charging. This is important because sometimes power sockets have loose connections or the plug doesn't fit well and one has to adjust and see that it is working.If I had known this prior to buying, I would have not bought this product. Guess I should have done more research. But then I didn't even imagine that there would be no charging indicator in an electrical gadget from a good brand.
