Requires a little setup, but then works fine
This box does require a little setup, but then you can pretty much customise your experience completely, and not be held back like with the commercial streaming devices. It supports WiFi 6, and I had no problem connecting to both Wifi and Ethernet. I had no problem with transcoding ripped files, and mkv playback was seamless. For those wondering what to do with this box, then a simple search on the internet should open your eye to the power of an Android streamer. The price is really reasonable, and the quality of the box feels and looks good.

Not good
I have tried other Android TV boxes/ dongles before, including Amazon firestick, Google Chromecast and several no name brands. This one is not good. You plug it in to the HDMI on your TV, and then you also need to plug it into a power source. The power lead is really short, so I ended up having to shift my TV to even be able to test this.Once plugged in you have to set it up, which is faffy because there's only the remote control to put in your usernames and passwords for things. If only the remote control had a microphone like with the fire stick, that would at least help with searching for things. There is a Chrome browser built in and a few apps included (YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime), as well as the Google Play store. It was really hard to add more apps because despite my Wi-Fi working fine, the Play store just froze for ages and would not load. They haven't thought to install all the useful apps for you already, such as BBC iPlayer, Channel 4 and so on.The reason I would want to change from my Chromecast which is currently working almost ideally for me is that there is one streaming service which I have to use a workaround for. That's Apple TV. Non Android smart TVs come with the Apple TV app built in, or you can download it from their dedicated app store. However Apple and Google obviously have beef and I have recently been having to watch Apple TV by downloading the desktop app, playing that from my laptop, and then casting that to my Chromecast. It does work but it is annoying. Unfortunately this TV box did not help me at all with my predicament. I did in fact load Apple TV on the Chrome browser, but it didn't work properly due to I think a lack of processing power.Fundamentally I would say that this piece of equipment is out of date and not good quality.
