Leaving 4 stars for now as it is too early to tell. The 4 is because this is readily available in Amazon and it appears to have the same content as the one I am buying elsewhere at a higher price. Hopefully it is as effective.

I got these on the recommendation of a friend who swears they've given him a new burst of energy in middle age. He even tried to convince me [or convince himsef] his hair felt a bit thicker, after starting on these.I'm a bit more of a cynic when it comes to these kind of miracle supplements. Especially since the market is so unregulated, you've basically no proof that you're buying what you're being told you're buying. And that's before you even get into the minefield that is "evidence" that any of these things actually work.My own experience is that I thought I felt a bit more "frisky" the couple of days I started taking these. But that may have been placebo effect as, a few months on, I really don't think they've done anything to make me feel any different or less decrepit than I did before. Oh, and no miracle hair restoring either.So, while they didn't do anything bad, I can't convince myself they did anything good either. I doubt I'll buy them again.
