The biggest thing I can say for this is it's easy to move. It is INSANELY lightweight, so I can move from my desk to my kitchen easily and quickly. The book it is currently holding is about 500 pages, and it has held up beautifully! I was a little concerned, because it is just two notched pieces of wood, but it seems to be well made and the fact that it was so easy to assemble wound up being really nice. The little lifts at the end of each piece hold the pages well, so I'm quite happy with that, since I am currently using to cook with. I will say, switching between pages is a bit of a pain, but compared to how well it works, is a downside I am happy to accept.

It is perfect for my craft room to hold my quilting book so it’s up and out of way and the page i need is right there and I don’t have to go looking for it. It was also the perfect price. Love it.

I love this simple, natural book holder. I use it for holding books for watercolor painting references. It can be a little tricky for certain size books, but I have no problem. I love the simplicity and genius of it, like " gee, why didn't I think of that?". It looks very natural with my decor, and on my table in the living room, where I paint.

This cookbook stand is great and refines the look of my kitchen nook! I have a European cook book displayed and ut looks so beautiful and is also functional. It is a little bit flimsy and there were a few scratches on the stand which didn't make it looks as nice as it could and the wood is a bit cheap but overall it works great for what I needed at a lower cost than other sellers which were offering the exact same product. I do like the colour of this and it is able to display quite heavy books as well. I do worry that if I need to flip multiple pages in a short span of time that it won't hold up as well as it could and may not last intense use, but if you are just using it for display it will work nicely!
