Only a 4 because my wife had all the negatives you can find online. Left her flat and lethargic. Check with your MD first.For myself, An hour after 1 drop in a half pint of water and I was like the energizer bunny. I got through an entire contract law module that had been sitting there for a week. Got through it in 2 hours straight. My willpower shot off the chart However, my BP the following day was 30 points up on its normal. I will use it in the afternoon when I really need to get things done at work or study. Not every day. A real productivity booster. But, not everyone will have such a positive experience.

Mood booster with healing powers!
I started taking Blu Brain a couple of days ago as I had been recommended it by a friend as a mood enhancing supplement. So I diluted it in water as I was worried about having a blue tongue! I had a bad sore throat at the time, the next day I woke up and it had completely gone! Just like magic!Overall I feel more focused and productive, a better headspace. Very pleased with the speed of delivery too.Now I’m looking into what else methylene blue can do for me, I’ve gone from a bit skeptical to a believer!

Memory and focus improvement within days
Brilliant, noticed a difference in my husband within 2 days. His brain is always too busy and he forgets certain things. However within two days he started to think more sensibly, remember things and he started to look well. He also noticed a difference in his eyes. This is really good, amazing focus…I suffer fybromaliga and managed to do a fullbody workout.Drop it into throat and take a sip of a drink or drop it under tongue BUT IF YOU DO, BE WARNED you will have a blue mouth and lips for 12 hours odd
