It does not taste. The size is great for the value. No negative affect on my stomach. Easy for me to mix with my morning protein shake so easy to take. Not sure on the strength or effectiveness yet. MENOPAUSE LADIES!!Omg, this stuff helps me sleep so good!! I started taking it after dinner and noticed the sleep I get is soooo amazing. I do take it with my Krill oil and a probiotic . I started taking it in the am today to see if it keeps my blood sugar regulated. You cannot drink coffee with it so you have to wait at least 2 hours. It's 11:30 and not even hungry yet. I took it at 5:30 am. Drink lots of water throughout the day! It WILL help it curb your appetite. I ALSO take the micro ingredients collagen with my coffee. I have noticed a big difference in my clothes fitting and waist only on inositol for 5 days!! TRY IT!!
