You will find nothing else like this on the market. No one knows the secret! These are strawberries that are freeze dried (which is why they look a bit wilted) and all the moisture inside is replaced by white chocolate. Its truly one of the most magical confectionaries in the world. Worth the money to share with friends or for a special occasion.

I was curious to taste it and maybe you are as well, hence reading the reviews of this product.I'll start with the description of it coming in an elegant gift box. I would not call it elegant as it's just a plain ole everyday box made of thin cardboard. It opens a bit fancy but far from elegant. Now the strawberries are indeed wrapped individually which does set this aside from other freeze-dried fruits that are simply all tossed into a bag together. The wrappers remind me of those Chinese fortune cookies you would get at a restaurant. This wrapper is difficult to open without something sharp. As soon as you do open it, it pops like a rush of air flies out. There is one whole small strawberry inside. You smell a mild strawberry scent and a very mild white chocolate scent.I tasted it. I didn't expect much and I don't even love freeze-dried fruit and I don't care for white chocolate. Imagine my surprise that I loved this! Can I say WOW?!!! I wasn't even halfway done with one and I was already counting how many I had left because I wanted more! I have 2 boxes here and each one contains 6 individually-wrapped freeze-dried strawberry. So that's not very many and the price is exceedingly expensive. I do not know how this company managed this but it's definitely a winner!I'm not sure how to describe the taste. The outer part of the strawberry tastes like the typical freeze-dried strawberry taste but it's not at all crunchy and chewy like the others. Instead it's like a smooth taste, sort of like biting into a smooth candy bar. You can barely taste the white chocolate it's that mild of a taste but mixed with the slight sweetness of the strawberry, it's awesome.it's not nutritious at all and the ingredients are not great but still.... oh my gosh!
