Picture frame itself is amazing. Software for loading pictures is a little complicated for the no-techie.

I got this for my grandma's 100th birthday! She absolutely loves it. And what I love is that once you download and set up the app, family from all over can upload pictures to it as well if they have the access code. My grandmother had 10 kids, so that's a lot of family she gets to see on her picture frame

This is the best for sending pictures to Grandma! Anyone that has the app on their phone can send photos-which is great. Takes a while to set up but fairly easy to figure out. Sending photos takes seconds and alerts her when a new photo arrives. This frame is great!
