Potent Combination of Mushrooms
I have been reading a lot about the benefits of mushrooms, and decided to try this supplement. I like that this supplement specifically states that it contains 800 mg each of three mushrooms in particular: Reishi, Lion’s Mane, and Cordyceps Sinesis. The other seven mushrooms are listed together as part of the 200 mg of a “mushroom complex.” With the exception of the Cordyceps Sinesis mushroom, the supplement is made from the fruiting body of the mushrooms. It is non-GMO, and free of magnesium stearate, soy and gluten. I like that these are manufactured in a certified GMP facility. I found the capsules easy to swallow. I am happy with the results I have found since adding mushroom supplements to my diet, and look forward to continuing this supplement as part of my regime. The product I received had an expiration date approximately 1 year after the date I received it.
