My Surface computer finally gave out and I needed a new computer for my business. I decided on this one for the price, screen size and fact it had Windows 11. The laptop was very easy to get set up and runs really well. I have been using it for my business and creating files and have had no issues at all. The 15” screen makes it easy to view but also makes the laptop compact to carry around.

This computer replaced my 5 year old HP that ran horribly. I didnt want to spend a fortune since all I use my computer for is email, facebook and online bill pay. The price on this one was affordable. Despite it not being a known brand, I decided to give it a try. I've had a few months and I LOVE it! Within 20 seconds of powering it up, I am surfing the net..... it is lightening fast compared to old HP. Personalization was super easy and it already had Windows 11 installed. My husband was jealous at how fast my new computer powered on compared to HIS HP and Toshiba that he asked me to order HIM one of these too.I also like that the charging cable is not big and bulky like my HP had. The battery holds up for 3 hours of continuous surfing or computer work if unplugged and fully charged.If you're a gamer or professional, this probably wont suffice, but if you dont do a ton of downloads and just want to email, look at youtube, facebook, etc..... I dont think you will be disappointed with this laptop

first & foremost, the computer worksit has a sleek appearanceto set up, there is a rather long process, like setting up your account & pinbecause this is a generic computer (when you load the startup screen the intel logo pops up) made somewhere in China, the computer does NOT have the functionality to connect to the Google Play Store unfortunatelythis was initially a dealbreaker for me, as I love being able to download apps easily thru the Google Play Store, (like you can't download YouTube or Google Meets) however you can download other apps that may be useful to youI use it mainly for work-related tasks and nothing too complicatedwhen used for more complicated tasks, it wears at the battery & slows down & needs to be plugged in because the battery dies when you have more complicated tasks (such as transferring a large number of files or images from one folder to another)in any case, I think this computer is useful for certain work purposes, it is an attractive computer and most importantly, it works, however if connecting to the Google Play Store is important for you, you won't be able to with this computer.

I had a problem but realized it wasn't the computer. It's still a great cost effective laptop. My problem was a glitch with the power cord. I'm back in business!!!!!!

I absolutely am 100% happy with the purchase of my laptop you can't beat the price the quality of the picture on the screen is amazing it's high speed you can multitask with several different things going on at same time it's fast it boots up very quickly I love this laptop I've had two contact customer service with a question and they are absolutely unbelievable they're fast efficient and very polite easy to work with don't hesitate if you have any questions to contact customer service overall five stars would purchase again

It deserves 1 🌟 maybe 2 but I'll be nice and give it 3.So far everything worked for a while then the bugs came out of nowhere!When it sleeps it refuses to wake same for hibernate I MUST turn it all the way off or set the screen so that images float on the screen in screen saver mode.It's good system but has a few bugs that I have finally gotten around to addressing.I will check apps ETC but I'm sure it's in the computer itself.Great price great terrible software build 🤨

The battery life for this machine is poor at best. That battery drains to near zero power from a full charge even when the machine is off and will not function when the battery is low even though it is plugged in. The workmanship of the power connnector which attaches to the laptop is of very low quality.
