Taking this for osteoporosis per my doctor. It has a clean taste. Yes a bit chalky but that is to be expected. A great value for the money. I have tried other brands but I like this one best.Also, for DIY crafters, this works great when making your own chalk paint!

Great product. It's only made with calcium carbonate and that's it! No other additives. It works well to dissolve in warm water and drink. Stomach feels better every time.

I used to buy the now brand of calcium carbonate, but that has not been out of stock for several months on various sites. I use this to make my own mouthwash. I find it dissolves well and I don’t really taste it since I add peppermint peppermint oil. It is a good substitute for the now brand.

I drink lots of coffee and over the years it starts to impact the stomach and throat. I little bit of this in a cup or mug, (about 1/8 teaspoon) kills the acid, and drink away. It does the same thing Coffee Tamer does for a fraction of the price.

First I’d like to start off by saying this would be my first time using Calcium Carbonate. So I read CaCO is a good and cheap source of calcium, I bought it but I honestly find it difficult to consume in this powder form, it leaves residue on my cups and does not dissolve in hot water. One might actually say it’s insoluble since it all just quickly sinks to the bottom of anything you stir it into. With that being said, the carbonate makes me gassy and it’s insolubility makes it difficult to consume without the bitter taste. I would not recommend CaCO in powder form.

I add this to my bath water because I grew up where we had limestone bedrock water, and now we have kidney stone causing calcite water. I used about half a cup and dissolve directly into my bath fore I soak. Love this food quality product. Highly recommended!

My husband gave up coffee because of acid reflux and was drinking tea. Someone suggested coffee tamer which is sold in single use packets but you pay way more for the convenience. It’s calcium carbonate and this product has so much more of it for a fraction of the cost and it’s really working! He’s enjoying morning coffee again!

What I appreciate most about this product is it is pure, with no additives. It is the only calcium I've been able to take without reacting badly to it. The taste is fine. I just add water and stir!
