My boxes arrived in perfect condition. I was a little skeptical based on other reviews but all 4 boxes came perfectly and the file folders fit perfectly inside.I labeled the boxes with my kids names and will be putting all of their things inside to keep them all in one place (medical records, awards, art, etc.). Would recommend!

Great quality and exactly what I needed! The storage bins with the file folders are well made, sturdy, and perfect for organizing my t-shirt images. Very satisfied with the purchase, especially at such a reasonable price.

I purchased a "used" one. Packaging was not the best and one of the totes was cracked. Still able to use. The box arrived dented. The totes themselves are great. This is the third time I have purchased. Just the right size to carry around.

Second time buying these. Sturdy and great for all kinds of storage. Have used for seasonal children’s books and business files.

I have purchased several batches of these for a purpose other than file storage. If all you need them for is to keep your tax return info, that you only access once in a blue moon, they should be fine for that. If not read on.My use case is to transport 14" laptops to classrooms. They are a perfect size for that because I haul the laptops around in neoprene sleeves for protection, and they just fit in the boxes. I pack them into a vehicle, stack them in a cart, haul them into class, return them to the vehicle, then repeat about 3 times a week. I'm not too rough with them, but they last about 12 months before I they need to be replaced. Usually, the lids crack, or the box base cracks. It seems like, as time has gone on, IRIS has made them thinner and reduced the quality of the plastic from which they are molded. Generally, I accept that because they are water resistant, minimize wasted space, stack well, and I try to buy them on sale when less than $6 each. Although I continue to buy them, I only rate them as a 3 star: quality could be a lot better.Be aware that in the case of "sold and shipped by Amazon", Amazon does a poor job of packaging for shipment. As you can see from the photos, one of my 2 most recent shipments arrived broken, even though the box was not significantly damaged. One problem is that these things shatter easily with a slight impact. The major contributing factor, though, is Amazon ships them out without any additional packing, just in the boxes provided by IRIS. Check out my photo of the box - the cardboard is very thin, and not really suitable as a sole shipping container. There is a high likelihood that your order may be received damaged.

These were bigger than I thought, holds a lot of my crafts.

I purchased 5 cartons of 4 each, so 20 total. The first 4 cartons arrived with no damage to the conents. The contents of the 5th carton, although packed exactly the same, sustained damage. The outer and inner cartons weren't damaged, but 2 of the 4 tubs were cracked and chipped on the upper lips and all 4 of the lids were cracked and chipped. So 18 out of 20 boxes and 16 out of 20 lids were great. The price was good, and they fit my needs. I whipped out my duct tape and patched up the broken boxes and lids and they are functional if not attractive. The ones available locally are so much more expensive that it is a wash. I'm satisfied, but it is a crxp shoot as to whether or not they will arrive intact.
