Fresh and delicious
These Chile’s arrived and they are fresh and bendy. Not like the super dried ones that break apart that I usually buy. They also have great flavor. I made the best enchilada sauce with these peppers.

I made the best tortilla soup I have ever tasted using a Rick Bayless recipe and these dried chiles (Pasilla Negro). They arrived on time and in good condition. Dried chilies should be supple not brittle. These were perfect.

Good stuff
These are tasty, and a good mixture! These chilis are hard to find where I'm at in Mississippi. I love them for rich chili colorado and some homemade sauces and salsas

Very good quality
