It does work. I've used for 4 months and the product really shows results.

Three years ago, 10/2021, I noticed my hair was thinning a lot. Only thing I had done different was the Covid shot 6 months earlier, then the booster 1/3/2022, never suspecting any relationship. I had had a "mop" of hair and lost about 2/3 of my hair in those 3 years. During that time I took orally hair, skin & nails vitamins with Biotin. No change. Thinking nothing to lose, I tried a shampoo and bought First Botany Hair Loss Shampoo, 2 months ago. After 3 weeks, leaving shampoo on the scalp 3 minutes, I noticed much less hair loss, maybe 75%. Today I washed my hair and there was very little loss in the drain filter. I'm thinking, "How can just a shampoo work this way?" Hopefully it does and continues for me. I just ordered another bottle.

No major complaints. It's shampoo. The smell is fine. Not great; but certainly not bad. I would probably buy again.

Cleans will with just a quarter size dab so it should last a long time. I have shoulder length hair. Cleans well my hair stays great even after 3 days. It is gentle enough that I don't even need conditioner. I just got it a few weeks ago so I can't really say how good it is for hair growth but I will be using it anyway.

This is the second bottle. I've been using this for seven months now. Nothing has changed. Forget the hair growth, it didn't even help slow the hair shedding. Another trash product.

I was skeptical that this shampoo alone would stop my hair loss; however, I gave it a try. I was losing a lot of hair; I could see hair everywhere, and my bathroom sink was showing it in the right proportion. I was even thinking of wearing a toupee, but I tried a simple, costless solution. I bought Costco's 5% Minoxidil Foam and Biotin Shampoo and tried it for 3 weeks. I was well aware that nothing works within 24 hours and was patiently waiting to see results. By the 5th day, I saw the first results, but I couldn't be sure. I thought it was my desire to see the hair loss stop and that it was making me see an illusion; in fact, it was working! By the 3rd week after applying Minoxidil and daily use of Biotin shampoo, the hair loss had stopped, and "baby hair" began growing. Two months later, I can confirm that the combination of Minoxidil 5% and Biotin Shampoo stopped my hair loss.
