I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the memory card reader I recently purchased. Unfortunately, the device has been unusable since I bought it. Whenever I insert any memory card, the reader prompts me to format it, which causes me to lose data. I have already spent on memory cards unnecessarily because of this issue.This has been a very frustrating experience, and I feel that my purchase was a waste of money. I would appreciate your help in finding a solution, including either a refund or a replacement product.

It’s not waterproof. So if you want to use it as gps device that stays on your bike, it doesn’t serve the purpose. And I got a used product to begin with.

The unit was working fine. But after one month, the function selector switch unit went off. The entire display unit become off if it in line. So detached and kept aside. Waiting for a refund or replacement. The details will be updated.Poor quality, imports from China. The after sales service is very pathetic. No proper support except some fake WhatsApp chats. Please avoid the purchase.

The product is great.Working as intened.Android auto works smoothly.Had a minor issue after few months but customer care helped resolve it.

Had issues with rear camera, support is spot on. Called the customer care support, initially they didn't picked ..but after picking up they asked for video of defect and they were quiet quick to resolve it. If support is this fast. I can trust them for after warranty support also.
