Best Customer Service Out There!
I recently purchased a docking station from TobenONE on Amazon, and while I was initially excited, I started experiencing some issues with the docking station intermittently losing connection with my monitors. After trying several troubleshooting steps on my own, I reached out to TobenONE’s customer service team, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service representative was extremely responsive and professional. They immediately acknowledged my issue and offered a series of thorough troubleshooting steps. Despite our best efforts, the problem persisted. However, the customer service rep didn’t hesitate for a second to offer a solution. They promptly arranged for a replacement docking station to be sent to me, ensuring I wouldn’t be left without a functional setup in the meantime. The new docking station arrived quickly and, to my relief, worked flawlessly. I’ve been using it ever since, and it’s been nothing short of fantastic. The docking station itself is incredibly reliable, providing seamless connections to all of my devices with no issues at all. It supports multiple monitors, provides quick and stable USB connectivity, and is super easy to set up. It’s honestly the best docking station I’ve used, and I’ve tried a few. What truly sets TobenONE apart, though, is their customer service. In an age where good customer service can be hard to come by, TobenONE's team has completely blown me away. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, making the entire experience a breeze despite the initial hiccup. I truly feel valued as a customer, and I will definitely be recommending TobenONE to others. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched, and they’ve earned a loyal customer in me!

Great Docking Station for Mac Air M3
A great product, very easy to set up and works fantastic. I really like the amount of USB ports as well as both DisplayPort and HDMI ports. Connected my Mac Air M3, downloaded the driver and everything worked right away and pass-through charging is great. Great customer service very prompt to respond to any inquiries.

it works great!
my main desk serves as where i do my day-to-day work on a macbook pro (2020) and by night my windows machine (nvidia 3090) to play games on. I have three monitors and could previously only use 2 of them with the macbook.i picked this up as a way to get use out of the third monitor, and with the driver installed it works like a charm. the extra 200 was certainly worth it to get the extra display.

good product at a good price.
The product works well. Once set up, it had a few glitches (that is why not 5 stars), but now working fine. Occasionally, the displays don't show up, which causes me to access the display link ap and it fixes the problem.

One HDMI Port not working
Compact and works as described. The USB-C Cable it comes with is short, if you're purchasing a longer one, get a quality cable that supports 10GP+ data transfer or you may find not all screens connected will work. I particularly like that this has micro and SD card slots on the front with additional usb ports.

All in one, but some bugs
It's nice to plug everything into one device and to then connect that device via a single cable to my MacBook. It even delivers power, which has freed up a charger for me to use elsewhere.I have two main complaints:The biggest is that my Bluetooth mouse lags like crazy after connecting the hub, and I need to turn Bluetooth on and off a few times before my mouse works properly again. This happens every time my computer is idle for even a few minutes. It's very frustrating. My second complaint is that the resolution on one of my monitors won't scale down to the smaller size I'd get if I plugged the monitor directly into my MacBook. It's not the worst thing, but I've lost a little screen real estate because of it.Right now the benefits outweigh the negatives, so I'm sticking with the hub, at least until I can afford something better.

Overall works but its cheap
Buying this, I did know that the cost was reduced from a lot of higher quality competitors. So I did expect it to feel a little cheaper. But the issue I had with this is that even though it was able to do most of what it was supposed to do, it would have some screen display glitches once in a while, and towards the end of me using this, those glitches started to show up more often. It was more of the screen just flashing randomly as if the computer monitor had a loose connection. But both of my monitors were doing it, and it started at the same time and the monitors I am using are very expensive and relatively new. I plugged my computer right into my monitors and didn't have the same problem. So this doc was definitely the issue. I'm also running out of ports, but that's just the problem of a Video Editor.
