I am trying to eat more cleaner these days. I’d like to eat less meat and dairy and do the vegetarian/ or vegan thing.Although nutritional yeast is a good source for B12 vitamins. After using patches for four days I have noticed a difference. I am B12 deficient and haven't taken any B12 supplements in over 3 months. The patches stick well and I don't start to feel anything different for the first hour or two. My mind has been more clearer while using the patches as directed. I do start to feel exhausted by the 7th hour of wearing them. It's similar from coming down from a sugar high or large ingestion of caffeine. I was starting to get absentminded from not taking my B12 like I should. As far as energy levels go, I did not see any changes but something must have been occurring for me to feel the crash effect. Overall, I'll continue to use this product.

I ordered these thinking that they would boost my energy. They seem to just be adhesive strips, with no product, like B vitamins, etc., that they advertised. My Mom was a nutritionist and I have been around vitamins all of my life. I know what B vitamins smell (and taste like). I smelled and tasted one- nothing. After placing on my arm as directed, they did nothing. I also gave a couple of these to others and likewise, they felt no effect. I would strongly urge people NOT to purchase. I think they are just adhesive strips, like Bandaids, without the bandage. When I tried to return them, after two days, Prime said that they were NOT returnable. Total BS. I’m also upset that Prime did not honor their 30 day return policy.

For a gentle prolonged boost of energy and clarity, I would recommend this patch. It recommends you can put the patch in a couple areas, however, my personal experience is to stay away from your stomach. Definitely more painful than say, forearm or shoulder. The value is here for sure with 60 patches!
