Don't tighten everything up as you go, assemble first then tighten and you won't get misaligned bolts. The delivery was fast and the quality is great. Its chunky wood so you get the knots etc you would expect. Looks even better with varnish. Very sturdy and easy to build. Love it.

Love this, real sturdy, made to last, well worth the money. Only issue I had was the packaging. There wasnt enough. Got slightly damaged in transit but otherwise brilliant

Ordered on Thursday. I was phoned Friday to advise delivery on Monday and delivery Driver phone an hour before he arrived;it comes on a pallet and I helped him to carry it into my back garden. I am a fit 75year old and I single handed erected the table in just over an hour. You need to only loosely do up bolts on 'A' frame until fully assembled (obvious but not mentioned in Instructions). Make sure you save the locking nuts for fixing tip up seats (not made clear in instructions). My main criticism ...the wooden ends of seats and table tops should have been sanded at the factory otherwise I would have given it five stars.. Also I thought the instructions could have been a lot better though I did not have any problem following the only diagrammatic instructions. There is no guidance on further treatment of the wood etc.

It is a study bench and easy to assemble if you have the right tool. A tap spanner, eScrewdriver are the key tools. The sizes of bolts and nuts should be specified in the instructions . It took a while to find the right spanner (13mm) in a store, as we had to buy it. For the poor instructions and the quality of the woods I scored 3 out of 5!

Just received this picnic bench and put together. A solid piece of outdoor furniture. Looks great on decking . Looking forward to using it

The product is ok now that I’ve worked on it. It arrived chipped, full of splinters and not aligned. I had to put a lot of work into sanding it down and had to take some pieces off and drill new holes to make the seat align correctly. Communication with the supplier is rubbish and they have not offered any compensation for the poor quality the item arrived in.The item was delivered by one guy who struggled to get it into the property as he had no pallet or sack truck so ended up dragging it along the ground.

The product is solid but the drilled holes do not match up. Thankfully we have the tools to remedy the situation but I would hate to think how many customer just despair and give up! Certainly if we couldn't sort this for ourselves there would be the additional problem of returning the item on a pallet! Certainly would not consider buying this again.

Solid and good value. We have seen neighbours buy them recently and they look like could buckle. Love the pull up benches too. Excellent buy.
