This probiotic is double capsuled so that it will stay intact long enough to make it into your bowels. Most single capsules empty into the stomach, where the acids destroy it before it can make it to the bowels. Also, I feel the difference with seed brand. My skin is practically glowing, and my fingernails and hair grow so fast now.

OMG this item really works. I elected to try for 14 day pack to see if it gave the regulation that I seek and it did. No more bloating, better digestion and regulation. The pills are easy to swallow and no after taste. I purchase the larger bottle once I completed the pack.

I never write reviews, but had to for this one. Don’t give into the hype of this product. It did absolutely nothing for me and my gut. I’ve been on a gut healing journey for a couple months now and I honestly believe this made it worse. Def waste of $30

I was hoping this would be beneficial for IBS-D however I feel it made symptoms worse. If you are looking for help with regular BM this would probably work well. Overboard on the packaging.

Great product. I was experiencing constipation and infrequent movements while on a diet. This product put me back on a regular basis. I purchased the regular package to continue with my progress.
