Omg this has really deflated and I'm not bloated. And it makes me regular. No cramps. Nothing. It's worth the money for me. I was thinking I was in menopause weight now my stomach feels so different.

The No- Probiotics Flatter Me Digestive enzymes function as advertised & I had good success with it. But, the HUM Gut Instinct product by the company -- HUM digestive enzymes with probiotics -- I was astonished do absolutely NOTHING to help with regularity. If your experience is anything like mine ..I recommend based upon my experience to forget the HUM Gut Intinct probiotic & instead I absolutely give my absolute devotion to this Digestive aid product pictured here -- HUM Flatter Me. But, HUM Guy Instincts was a waste of money. 👎🏽 Hell. No. A waste of money. But ...run, don't walk to buy the HUM Flatter Digestive Enzymes with No Probiotics. (The light green bottle) The Flatter Me in the light green bottle Digestive enzymes with No Probiotics is all that & more --- . You'll be poopin up a storm. ...But, HUM Gut Instinct product with probiotics ain't worth a poop. With all due respect. Bu, this Flatter Me HUM Flatter me It's gentle and very, very effective. Worth buying for regular use. Or, only for when you have trouble. Both uses are perfect because it's gentle, effective, natural, & worth every penny. It's gentle & effective & it causes a subtle taste of pineapple in your mouth. Very pleased. You'll be giving a crap immediately after you take it. HUM Flatter Me works gently & effectively...

I was really excited to try this product. Ever since having my gallbladder removed, I've had problems with being regular. After reading all the great reviews I gave it a try only to be disappointed. After only taking 3 capsules I was extremely constipated. It was awful. I even made sure to drink lots of water. It did make me feel full and not want to eat as much. But also made me feel kind of nauseous too. Needless to say I quit using it. Super disappointed. And I can't return it or get my money back.

Worked in less than 24 hours. Debloat and regularity. Hopefully it continues to work!

This product came safety sealed in a plastic bottle. The pills are easy to swallow, and I didn't experience any negative side effects after using them for over a week. I'm always looking for the benefits of pre and probiotics, and I'm satisfied with this product.

Product works fine and I didn't experience any ill-effects, but I also didn't have great results, just....fine. While these did seem to lessen my immediate discomfort after eating, I can't say it did much for general bloating. I had better results with a more traditional gas-relief chewable, and far less discomfort than I achieved with this product. I would say this item is good if you know which specific foods trigger more of a reaction in you, and then you can use just when you know you are indulging in those foods. When I start with any new supplement I always begin with a half dose and slowly work my way up, and I will say there were better results once I was full dose (which is a pill with each meal). Overall though I felt better with other supplements so I can't justify the price point of this product against what I know works better for me. If you hate chewables though, give this a try since I did prefer swallowing a taste-less capsule over having to chew a chalky tablet.

I find these to be pretty effective. I’ve been using them and they have made my stomach flatter and they help reduce cravings. Worth the money.

I really wanted to like this as I’ve had digestive issues for years - slow, bloating, etc. I took it for four days exactly as the company website suggested (before two biggest meals) and made sure to drink a good amount of water throughout the day. But… bloating increased along with gas pains. The inulin maybe? And digesting did not improve. Maybe will try the Flatter Me extra strength with no inulin. Disappointed.
