Thickness
The thickness is good. I guess I got the color wrong but it still looks good in my room. I don’t think I would want to wash it in a washing machine.

Fantastic customer service
The rug itself is lovely, it looks exactly like the picture, it's true to size and the quality is really good. I feel it's great value for money too. I initially bought the large rug then liked it so much I requested the long runner too which is also exactly as described. The communication from the company was spot on, great customer service and I'm sure I will buy from them again in the future
