This is a very tasty product. We use it as a garnish on many of our Japanese and Korean dishes as we love tocook these meals. Excellent to serve with any meal on the side as it is very refreshing. Good quality productand excellent price. Also a long use by date. First class.

Perfect for use with sushi or any Japanese dish. Or if you love ginger like me can add it to a salad or sandwich for more uses, just play with it for you perfect meal.

Not too hot. If you likes pickles you will love this. Everyone who has tried it so far bar one has loved it. Lasting well in an air tight box in the fridge. So far it's been 8 weeks or so.

Really nice, but massive amount - I didn't realise just how much I was getting. Gave half to my step daughter and put a load in the freezer.

I purchased this ginger to go with sushi they never give you enough now a i have as much as i want, this ginger has a great taste is a lovely salmon colour keeps well in fridge in a sealed container once opened

I am totally addicted to this. It's really delicious, in fact so very good, it's ideal as a garnish or pickle alongside its conventional use. Fantastic value for money!
