Significant improvement in reducing firmness.
It took my very firm full mattress to a comfortable medium, and it really isn't all that thick. I don't know what sorcery is at work in this thing but it's a lifesaver. I'm old and disabled so a very firm mattress prevents sleep for me but this made all the difference. Highly recommend!
