I make candles. Not professionally and not for long but I want to stay with the highest end accessories and waxes for my candles. I’ve been a beeswax purest but I can’t always get a solid pour. I tried other waxes combined with beeswax and I started to like my end products less and less. Then I decided to use coconut wax 83 and my 1st experience was amazing. 1st, it’s fun, slippery, smells good and is super messy! I love it. 2nd and best, the pours are perfect, the candles burn slow and even and the throw is wonderful. I’m no longer a beeswax purest, I’m a coconut wax girl. And I will be using other kinds, this company produces the best.

This is nice coconut 83 container candle type wax. It's quite soft, so for containers only. It melts easy, takes fragrance very well at even 6%, and has excellent cold and hot throw even the next day at that %. Four days is a nice cure time though. Also it does not burn down real fast if properly wicked. Added to that, I put in about 2-3% bees wax, which slightly brightens the wax, slightly firms the wax, and slightly slows the burn some more. It also maintains good jar adhesion, with nice smooth tops. So no complaints from me.Edit:I have to edit my review, as I've found shrinkage back from the glass. More than with Coconut 86 actually. No sink holes though.I have other suppliers for Coco 83.

Bought in a pinch as it is difficult to find coconut 83 right now and this looks, feels and smells exactly like the 1 lb coconut 83 wax from a larger supplier. Easy to work with and smooth tops.

This is easy to work, smells great even before adding any fragrance but holds the dye and up to 10% fragrance nicely. It pours smoothly and leaves a smooth top, unlike some other waxes that tend to collapse as they cool. It burns evenly and I found it very enjoyable to work with.

Great deal and nice amount of wax for making candles. It accepts color and scents well. Seems to be good quality.

Love it, good quality, reasonable prices, easy to melt and use.

Melts to fast for my liking

I hadn't used coconut wax before and wasn't sure what to expect. I actually really liked this wax, it was easy to melt and easy to use. I love the unique smell and texture, and it took dyes and scents well. My handmade candles turned out super cute, and I have been very pleased with this wax. I highly recommend this coconut wax to others.
