Its good if you already know most of the content with the BMAT and the practice is on point, however, if you haven't been taught regular BMAT coursework throughout highschool you might want to get another book to teach you that first as a supplement before going on to using this one.

The book has been used by anyone and all the book was writing... Very bad experience. I Lost time and money.
