My opinion on the wrist supports:
The media could not be loaded. I suffer from messed up wrists due to overusing them, however wish to continue pushing myself so I got these:Quality: little too bendable, if you're curling over a certain threshold, the alleviation of issues is almost unnoticeable, I had to do one wrap a little below and above the wrist and wrap tightValue: good for the product being cheapApplicability: if used regularly for all workouts it makes up the value spent, work decent, past 90 I can't tell the difference between wrapped and unwrapped for curlsYet again, I could be doing something wrong, so I give it a 3/5.
