I love this stuff! The product makes much more tomato sauce than I expected. It’s much easier than dealing with cans and the taste is actually pretty good. This is one product that is worth stocking in my little pantry.

I initially purchased this to try to replicate a bread recipe that called for tomato powder. It has a really long shelf life as is but we also vacuum sealed half of it just to have as a backup and there is still plenty left. I didn’t realize how many uses it has. Great product!

This tomato powder is the best. It tastes fresh and easy to reconstitute. Smells better than tomato sauce in a can. No can smell. I store it in a mason jar and use what I need. I've always wasted half a can of tomato paste, because I didn't need the whole can. Powder is a better value and there is no waste. It is versatile and can be used in so many recipes, wet or dry. Microingredients is a company I stand behind for freshness.

The flavor is great. No complaints here. I have mixed this into Indian curry dishes and was pleased. However, it has no bulk. So when you want to create a tomato sauce to go over pasta, you'll have to be creative. I myself add at times garlicky humus; have also tried mashed-up cauliflower; have yet to try other veggies. It's still an inexpensive go-to when flavoring most dishes.

This gets 10 stars from me! Absolutely delicious, true tomato flavor and organic. It has a rich red color, not the orange brown of some other brands. Hands down a superior product to frontier. I am reordering to put some in my long term food storage. I divided the first bag into a mason jar and sealed the remainder with my vacuum sealer to keep it as fresh as possible. I would not hesitate to buy something else from this company!

This freeze dried tomato powder is great stuff for adding flavor without adding liquid. It’s great for taco seasoning, added to mac and cheese, or for creating your own snack chip recipes. I have no idea how I’ll ever use the whole bag, because a little goes a long way. The powder mixes well into wet recipes, and stays powdery on chips. I’m definitely interested in finding more products like this
