No, they are different the phytob drops contain the following: Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Coconut Oil, USP Progesterone, USP Estriol, USP Estradiol and Vitamin E. So, It contains estradoil and the Ostab3 drops do not. That is why In my case I prefer this one, my holistic doctor told me to avoid estradiol
