The product is very good and works perfectly fine. I bought this to run my few old Games on my gaming PC and it works! keep in mind it doesn't come with a DVD driver, and you don't need one bcaz you plug and play. It is a high price but Quality item. Not much noise and runs smooth.

Well i am ok with the product. Specially with the price. Its easy to connect to laptop & pc. All os version supports it. Not sure about macbook though. Sony Smart tv its get connected. But i have Samsung smart which it did not recognize. Tried all the process which available on you tube. So its works on fue tv model. Not all. Product is too light. Material is all plastic which is very bad. Product is very much fragile which is bad. All kind of cd & dvd even old one are playing. Not sure about writing dvd. Not tried it. Overall product is average.
