When I ordered two of these suction cups, there was an issue with the delivery. Apparently, Amazon (the shipper) sent one correct unit and another wrong one. I reached out to the seller “The IMT store” and they were very quick to make the replacement, even though it was really Amazon that made the mistake. Very quick. This was much appreciated as I “REALLY “ needed two of them for an urgent project, and they made that happen!So, the suction cups work great and are easy to attach and remove. They hold more weight than I can lift, so they are very strong.Great product and great customer service.

I recently strained a muscle or pulled something in my arm that makes my left arm useless. Problem with that is, I still have things to do. I just happened to come across this little baby by chance and knew my troubles could be mostly mitigated. So now, instead of needing two arms to carry things around the house, I only need one. So far I have pulled a dresser across the room, moved tables from floor to floor, and carried a glass tabletop up two flights of stairs. I had one fail that I cannot explain. Although I was able to attach to and carry the plastic table shown in my photo review, there was a similar table that just did not work. The suction just never happened. The table top was a bit worn down and without tact, if that makes sense, but I thought the machine was broken for a minute until I tried it on the wall, the window, and a different table--then back. Anyway, this thing is awesome. One more and I'll be ready to star in the next Mission Impossible.

The media could not be loaded. I got a pair of these to lift and carry melamine cabinets and 3/4" melamine sheets. I was initially concerned that the matte, non-glossy surface of the melamine might not work well with vacuum suction. However, this device proved more than capable for the task. It quickly achieves vacuum and maintains it without losing suction; there appear to be no air leaks despite the surface not being ideal for this tool. Even if there were a leak, the auto-correction function would handle it. The melamine sheet in the video weighs around 90 pounds, and I couldn't detach the suction cup from it. This product works as expected and is an excellent tool for anyone needing to handle materials that are difficult to manage with bare hands.

I was able to use this item to snap back together laminate flooring (with a texture on it) and close the floor gap. I was very impressed with how well this worked and the suction is incredible.

I needed one of these an while back and didn't have one when trying to move a full length mirror. It would have been nice to have then. So, I saw this and decided to get it just in case, for the future. The case is nice since the tool itself is awkward to try and store somewhere. I tried using it to move a glass chair mat and it worked like a charm. The suction is very strong and it felt secure. I bet I can find other uses for this to.
