Albayrak Kitchen Timer, 60 Minutes, Easy to Read Display (Black)

This useful timer comes well packaged (which I appreciate) and ready for use.The instructions... well they're not the best, though they do suggest a you fully charge the timer before use.After using it for a minute or so, I found it easy to program. There are only 4 buttons, with the key button being the "SP/ST" button. Press it once to turn on the display. Press it again if you want a count up timer. Press it to stop counting. Press reset to reset to zero.To count down, used most often in cooking. Press SP/ST once. Then press M or S for minutes and/or seconds you want. One press for each second/minute. Press SP/ST to start countdown. Easy. The time 'remembers' the last setting for when you use the same time frame next time. If you don't want that, press reset.Easy to recharge with the included cord, micro USB on one end, USB-A on other.Alarm sound is high, low, off (flashing display only). Yes, the high alarm maybe could be louder? However, I like it as it is. The display does turn off when it's not in use. It has a mirror-like display when off but display is very easy to read when on. Timer has magnets on back, flip out stand and hole in back for hanging.Overall a nice, useful timer for kitchen or anything else you do that requires time be monitored.

It works and works well for what I need. It is great for the money that I spent. The quality is good. It is easy to use, BUT I would highly suggest not throwing the instructions away after unboxing. You will need them at some point and time. Initially, the instructions can be confusing. Overall, it is a good quality clock/alarm clock.

This is a great little timer. It serves multiple purposes and is easy to read. However, my timer arrived WITHOUT the necessary charging cable. I was able to keep the item because I had another cable that would work. Quality control needs to be improved.

Works ok but not loud enough

We have a timer on our microwave but when it goes off it is just a single little "ding" sound and I more often that not I don't hear it (okay, maybe it is my hearing that needs adjusting). This little timer, when it goes off keeps making the same little "dinging" noise, perhaps a bit louder than the one on the microwave, but it is persistent and keeps dinging until you turn it off with the push of the button, so it is hard to miss or ignore.Setting the countdown timer is easy peasy and pretty much doesn't need instructions to figure it out, besides I am a guy and everybody knows guys seldom read directions. The numbers are easy to see from a distance which helps. My only thought is that the glass on the front of the timer is mirror glass, so I get to look at myself to make sure how I look while I am cooking or helping in the kitchen, not that I need to as I am always good looking. Seems a little weird to me, but it doesn't affect the way the timer works, just odd to have a little mirror on the kitchen cabinet top.
