I have a added a photo to show size and shape..The bears are sometimes a bit uneven but as you take 2 of them it is easy to just take one larger and one smaller at the same time..I don't feel this is a problem..These gummies are slightly chewy and I found they are more likely to stick to my teeth than others but I still think they are quite easy to digest..I do like the flavour and hope they are doing some good although I cant be certain as also increased inhalers but will stick with them and see how I get on
