Works great! Relieves muscle pain also , and makes you relax a lot more easily . I woke up once during the early morning but was able to go right back to sleep.

We purchased the scent free magnesium oil to use at bedtime. It's works well if rubbed on the soles of our feet, ankles, or tops of our feet and helps provide deeper, more restful sleep. Neither of us experienced any discomfort, stinging, or irritation which was a relief because I often have sensitivity issues.

Works well, wish it came in a glass container instead of plastic. Smell is pleasant, it is a bit sticky. Didn’t bother me but my family members hated the stickiness.

So far this magnesium spray is helping with my foot & leg cramps. I got the vanilla scent and it has a very pleasant smell to it, it's not overpowering. Will definitely buy again

Just spray on the bottom of your feet and off to Dreamland you go. Works best when you use it fresh out of the shower. It's a bit sticky until it dries.

Where is states “quick drying without residue”… regardless if i rubbed it into my skin or let it air dry. It left a sticky residue on my skin. Even after fully “dry”, i could put a napkin on my skin and it wouldn’t fall off. I tried this only because i thought it would be less messy than the magnesium lotion i had been using in the past.
