Great Buy
The media could not be loaded. For the price it’s an amazing buy. Good voice clarity, good bass and good separation as well. I also have a Samsung 990c and compared to it, this one is a steal at this price.Con - no app support.Not a con but rear speakers can be bought extra and added

Disappointed and Frustrated – Not Worth the Hassle
Had a complaint within one week.I bought this soundbar with hight expectations, but it's been a frustrating experience. While the sound quality is okay, the connectivity is a nightmare. Poor connectivity.Bluetooth doesn’t auto-connect — I have to manually pair it every single time. Even worse, the HDMI ARC stopped working just two days after setup.Now, I have to take the device to a service center that's 20 km away. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable. Pathetic experience overall.Definitely not recommending this to anyone.

An excellent Soundbar for enhancing sound of TV
An excellent sound bar with good sound clarity and loudness.Didn't face Bluetooth connection issues as raised by some in their review. Sound quality is better when connected with HDMI.Suitable for use with TV. I mean best suited for that purpose.Samsung representative visited home for free installation cum demo.

Poor installation service
That the installation at your doorstep is simply hype.The product is fine ,but the scheduled installation was not done in my case.Their installation team is yet to contact me after 10 days of receiving the product. Complaint lodged,but no response.Pathetic service.
