Very bad in quality. I have received damaged product and also it is not working. I have first time tried return item then Amazon scheduled a date .I was waiting at date for pickup my item but What I have seen was very frustrating. Amazon has delivered the item in record although No one came to me to pickup the item. Amazon has displayed it as replacement completed. Now When I have again tried the return item option then they have given me another date of tomorrow. I have also bought 2 year warranty card along with this item at the time of order with brand onsitego , Since this item is not refunded, It seems that money have also been wasted. Let's see what happen tomorrow.I have done very heavy amount of shopping these days. But I did not expected this type of response .I have got so bad experience.

Most useless product. Within 15 days of buying, the iron stopped coming ON. I complained to Amazon Customer care. They gave me seller number and email ID to complain (they were not interested). I called 10 times - No reply from seller. I sent 4 emails - no reply. I called Amazon - they said they will take it up and call me in 3 days - but finally I again had to call them. They only wanted me to take the survey and get rating/grade for service they gave by talking to me. Again one more promise that by 10th, my issue will be resolved. It is Tuesday 11th ending now - no call, no response. Product and service both are just USELESS and a FRAUD. Now my problem is that for such a small amount, should I go to Consumer Coyrt????
