This is magic! I work as a housekeeper at a boutique hotel. We do not have elevators so I’m up and down the stairs all shift. My knee was really starting to give me grief. I tried all sorts of braces and couldn’t find anything that fit right. These did the trick! I’m still careful but what a difference. Don’t hesitate. Just do it!

I am very impressed with these, they seem to have better adhesive than the expensive K tape.I wore one for four days which included two hour long lap swims! A little tricky to put on as they want to stick to themselves, but luckily the backing is in several pieces so just take your time and pull it up fairly tight.

It's the same tape athletes use for protecting their muscles in sports and gymnastics, so it is sturdy. It did not provide enough support overall when my knee acted up, and had to use a full brace. But it did give me added security on a recent trip when I walked every day.

I work outside, do CrossFit and sweat. A lot lol. This stays on, even after the 72 hours they say. I love these so much I actually bought them for my ankle and shoulder too and highly recommend them. No irritation, no itchiness or anything.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

Easy to apply. Really help with knee pain. I wear them to work. I regularly work 12-14 hours days with a lot of standing and walking.

Works well and lasts for days. Cleaning the area with alcohol wipes prior to applying helps it last longer without curling or loosening.
