It is a replacement for the missing sink stopper in my half bath. It seals well and drains easily and now the sink looks finished instead of having a hole missing a plug. I was worried about fit but it seats perfectly. It comes with a couple extra silicon washers (I assume if you need a different fit?) but the washer on it worked great. It’s a slightly slower drain as the bottom of the stopper mechanism is in the hole but only noticeable to me.

Works perfect! Fit right over existing drain and looks permanent. I saw some saying that water didn't fully drain around edges and mine did that at first but I tried the different rubber seals and I think you have to just find the one that fits with your drain. Once I did that, it sits flush and water drains perfectly. I bought the brushed nickel finish and it matches existing hardware. I plan on buying another for another sink stopper that was broken. Soooo much easier than taking fixtures apart to repair the old one!

The bathroom sink stopper is working great. Drains a little slower than I would like, but it does the job. Looks like it’s a permanent attachment to the sink and not a drop in stopper. Love the metal, unlike other plastic ones I have purchased that didn’t last long and molded. Will purchase again.

I did not know things like this existed. When my young kids accidentally broke our drain plug I wanted a quick fix without a lengthy repair job. This was a perfect budget friendly solution. The plug fits great over my drain, and the pop up feature will hold water in the basin if needed. I will say that if you have young kids who will play with this or remove it often I would maybe look elsewhere-as this item is not secured with any plumbers putty or adhesive. It just sits loose and can be easily lifted to clean the unit or remove unwanted hair.

I LOVE THE LOOKS OF THIS IN MY SINK.....I hope that my water will drain easier now. So far, so good. But it was so reasonable, i can buy another one if this one fills up with hair.

It is easy to install and use, but not all the water in the basin drains due to the chrome ring that sits on top of the basin floor, proving a slight lip that prevents all the water from draining.

I have been so frustrated with a bathroom sink drain that somehow became able to go up and down using the normal feature. I'd dropped earrings, wireless earbuds, etc into the sink and barely saved them from falling down the drain. When I needed to fill the sink for washing small things I'd have to pry up the plug with various implements afterwards, so frustrating! This sink stopper was what I wanted, it comes with silicone sealing rings of 3 different sizes to fit the drain opening. There is one large silicone washer the size of the silver plate that goes over the hole and forms a tight seal when the stopper is depressed. The stopper depresses and rises easily and feels like a quality spring is in it. The opening is now small, the rise of the open drain seems low but water drains out just fine. Earbuds definitely will not be able to fall down the drain, a chain necklace or bracelet still might, and small stud earrings probably could too. There isn't a mesh cage on the underside to catch such items, but I don't think the ones I saw that had them would have fit in my drain or been able to be short enough to avoid the little lifter part that wouldn't catch the old plug. So, all in all, I like it and works just fine.
