Excellent systems with reasonable cost replacements
My waterdrop systems are doing well, and their replacement filters are so much more reasonable than other brands that I have tried. Amzn delivery, on the other hand, has failed several times to deliver on time.

Extremely hard to remove the canister to replace the filter.
This is my first replacement after purchasing the Waterdrop stainless steel under sink system. I am unable to remove the canister using the wrench provided. It does not fit into the slots on the canister. Upon contacting customer service at Waterdrop, I was told to find a video on line (they don't have one), buy a different tool or hire a professional to do it for me. Really? Hire a plumber every 6 months? Not happening. Total waste of money as I can't replace the filters. Waterdrop customer service is absolutely useless.
